Pork (origin: Italy-FVG), salt, wine (contains sulphites), pepper, sugar, microbial starters, preservative: sodium nitrite, garlic. Gluten-free product.

Speck

Pork, salt, vegetable fibre, dextrose, spices and flavourings, preservatives: E252-E250. Gluten-free product.

Guanciale

Pork throat, salt, vegetable fibre, sugar, dextrose, spices and flavourings, preservatives: E252, E250. Gluten-free product.

Storage method

Keep in a cold and dry place.
