This choice was driven by a clear strategy: here, commercial exchanges were better organized. Moreover, the territory offered the ideal conditions to nurture a dream that still lives today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cap-2\">120 years of San Daniele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once upon a time, San Daniele was a quiet city where the seasons followed a slow rhythm. 120 years of history is a very long period of time, during which we have witnessed various changes, some strongly desired and pursued, others dictated by our world\u2019s constant evolution.One thing that however, has never changed, is the air: even back then, it was the same as it is today, still the most precious ingredient for our prosciutto.<br>For this reason, throughout the years, we wanted our production to stay in the exact same place where it was born: the upper part of the San Daniele hill, where the wind blows steady and the windows can stay open.<br>The smell of aging prosciutto accompanied our days, meanwhile, our skills were refined and passed down with care and dedication from one generation to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cap-3\">Tradition and values that withstand time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The values that still guide us today began to take shape over the years, they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expertise&nbsp;<\/strong>consolidated over 5 generations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Family bond,<\/strong>&nbsp;the beating heart of the company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge of raw materials<\/strong>, in full respect of the territory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Patience<\/strong>, an essential element for the prosciutto aging process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradition and innovation are often thought of as opposites, but for us, they never have been: preserving tradition means understanding it deeply.
