The guided tour of the Prosciutto factory involves a detailed explanation of all the processes, from the initial stage in which the thighs are salted, on to resting and then to the final ageing stages in which the hams mature in the special microclimate of San Daniele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour is available exclusively for customers of our traditional Tavern, and once it is over, you will have a table reservation for a lunch of Prosciutto Alberti, paired with delicate preserves in oil, typical Friuli cheeses and other local cold cuts.\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All of this will, of course, be accompanied by a selection of the best wines from the area. Reservations include both the guided tour and the lunch that follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
